3. Payment Processing

Online donations may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

The donor agrees to follow the payment gateway's applicable terms and conditions while completing the transaction.

4. Payment Confirmation

A donation is considered successfully received when the payment has been successfully processed and the transaction is confirmed by the payment gateway.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails, is cancelled, expires or remains pending, the donation may not be treated as successfully received.

The transaction status may be recorded in the donation system for reconciliation and record-keeping purposes.

6. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Shri Leela Gaudham are non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled or reversed after successful payment.

In case of a duplicate transaction, technical error or other exceptional circumstances, the matter may be reviewed based on the transaction details and applicable policies.

7. 80G / Tax Exemption

Where applicable, donations may qualify for tax benefits subject to the eligibility of the donor, applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act and the valid registration/status of Shri Leela Gaudham at the relevant time.

80G tax exemption is not guaranteed for every donation.

8. Use of Donations

Donations received by Shri Leela Gaudham may be utilised for Gau Seva, Gaushala-related activities, cow care, feeding, welfare, maintenance and other activities undertaken by the organisation.

9. Transaction Records

Donation details, including transaction information and payment identifiers such as Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID, may be retained for accounting, reconciliation, audit, legal and regulatory purposes.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the donation form is handled according to the Privacy Policy of Shri Leela Gaudham.

By making a donation, the donor acknowledges and accepts the applicable Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Payment Gateway

Payment processing is carried out through the applicable payment gateway. Shri Leela Gaudham does not control the internal systems, availability or policies of third-party payment providers.

12. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions

Donors must not use stolen cards, unauthorised bank accounts, fraudulent UPI accounts or any other unauthorised payment method.

Shri Leela Gaudham reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and take appropriate action where necessary.

13. Changes to These Terms

Shri Leela Gaudham may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
